Stable systems.
Secure configuration.
Calm operations.

Documentation and handover
Optional walkthrough for your team

Monthly range in the estimate
workflow / from_inventory_to_care
Good administration
starts with
an inventory.
Before we change anything, we understand what is running, what it depends on and how much downtime is acceptable.
01
Inventory
You describe systems, services and goals. We clarify open questions and assess risks.
02
Plan & maintenance window
We define order, fallback options and time windows and agree on effort and proposal.
03
Implementation
Changes are made step by step and verified. Access is exchanged securely and separately from this enquiry.
04
Documentation & care
You receive clear documentation. If you wish, we take over ongoing maintenance.
request / prepare
The clearer the picture,
the better the estimate.
You do not need to answer every technical question. Describe what you know – we will clarify open points together.
01 Number and type of servers, operating system, location
02 Running services and current state
03 Criticality, backups and security requirements
04 One-time or ongoing, budget and preferred date

questions / before_we_start
Any questions?
Do I need to provide access credentials?
No. Please do not enter passwords or keys in the enquiry. We arrange access only after our personal discussion, through a secure and separate channel.
Do you also manage servers with other providers?
Yes, as long as administrative access is possible. In the assistant you tell us where your systems run and how access is arranged.
How accurate is the automated estimate?
It uses an initial rule-based planning model that is not yet calibrated against historical projects. Our personal review replaces it with a concrete agreement.
Is the enquiry already an order?
No. Submitting asks us to review your request. A paid engagement only arises from a separate agreement.
