Can I rent a server directly online?
No, on purpose. We put every hosting setup together individually. The configurator gives you guidance; the request is non-binding, and the concrete offer follows after a personal review.
How reliable is the domain checker?
Lookups are made live against the official registries. “Available” means the domain is not currently reported as taken there. Nothing is reserved automatically – we arrange the registration with you.
Where are the servers located?
Depending on your needs, in our partners’ data centres in Germany or the EU, or in our own infrastructure. If a specific location matters, simply mention it in the request.
How accurate are the prices?
They are guide values from our first pricing model. Actual terms depend on partner, availability and contract length and are stated in your personal offer.
Can I move existing hosting?
Yes. Choose “move” in the request – we plan the switch with a test run and as little downtime as possible.
